What change(s) could we make that would encourage you to attend Monthly Event Planning Meetings?

Participation in our monthly planning meetings have been very low which has prompted me to me to open this poll. I'd like to know what we should do or change that would encourage your participation in planning meetings. It is my hope that everyone is motivated enough to participate in the planning for events, as planning is just as important as attending. Everyone has a role and a responsibility in helping to ensure the success of our events. ** Answers to polls are anonymous. The leadership team is unable to see individual responses.

I would prefer that planning events were held on weekends, I cannot attend events on weekdays.
