  What we like about the logo: Extremely fun design with a very exciting character. The emblem style really pops out and would look great on all kinds of media, including shirts and the Critter Mobile (ambulance). The character is generic and very welcoming with his pose and conveys our message perfectly. The logo contains all of the Maryland flag colors.

  What we dislike about the logo: The logo could be a little more colorful and brighter. The yellow is nice but I feel it is a little overwhelming and a little too orange overall. I am having trouble with reading the text in the font it is in.

  Suggestions: Perhaps balancing out the colors would offset the strong yellow, do some experimenting with the colors and feel free to upload more than one entry. It is okay to add additional colors not in the Maryland flag if it would help the design. We are also interested in seeing a stroke line around the character as an additional entry. Try a different, easier to read font for the Critters for a Cause text, one that doesn't cause your head to turn to the side while trying to read it. One other suggestion may be to rotate the text/graphic so that the text does not start past the 9 o'clock position and get inverted, but a clearer font might make that unnecessary.
