Design our Logo, Win $200 CASH!

Critters for a Cause is holding a logo design contest for the creation of our group's primary logo. The 1st Place winner will receive $200.00 in cash and have their creation featured on our website, business cards, banners, flyers, photos, and videos! The logo will also be featured on the side of our Critter Mobile, a former ambulance which has been converted to be used for our events!

The Rules

The contest will begin on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 12:00 AM EST and run for a period of 12 days. All entries must be submitted by Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 11:59 PM EST. You must be 18 years old to enter. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. The winners of this contest will be selected within 10 days of the end of the contest and will announced on this contest page.

All entries will be posted on the Critters for a Cause website in a public gallery for everyone to see. Each entry will be assigned an entry # based on receipt. The organizers will rank each entry and place them in order from highest rank to lowest rank. The organizers will post constructive comments onto each entry for you and other artists to see. You may request to withdraw or replace an entry at any time before the end of this contest.

The organizers of Critters for a Cause reserve the right to refuse entries which do not meet the requirements outlined below and to extend or cancel this contest without notice. Only original, non-licensed or copyrighted works will be accepted.

By entering into this contest, you hereby grant Critters for a Cause royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted artwork or other information in any and all media, whether now known or herein after created, throughout the world and for any purpose. If your entry is selected as the winner 1st Place, you hereby transfer Copyright ownership of your entry to Critters for a Cause.


Design Guidelines

Your design must be a true vector and may not contain any raster or otherwise non-scalable features. Your design must be completely original and may not contain clip art or stock art. If your entry is selected as a winner, you must deliver your final design in EPS format. PSD files will not be accepted.

Submission Instructions

Your entry must be submitted via email and contain the following:

• Full legal name of the entrant
  
• Alias or user name to display as the entrant name
  
• Attached copy of your design in JPG or PNG format at resolution of 1200x1200.
  

The logo must be featured on a white background with no decorative borders and must be free of watermarks or design firm branding of any kind.

You will receive a confirmation email from an organizer once your submission has been received and entered into the contest.
