What point were you referring to, exactly? About meeting at other locations besides the restaurant, which makes it difficult for people with small budgets to get together? I'd like to actually shoot for something like a club outing or even a small get-together at a coffee shop.

Midnight was actually pretty decent and had some really nice folks, hardly the snobs I used to seeing at CA and WA state goth clubs. It runs till 3 AM, which means that I'm still able to hop on the Metro home if I force myself to leave early enough to make it. Haven't been to the other 2 yet, but I'm hoping to check those out eventually. One of these days, when I'm able to, I'd like to try and make one of these meetups.

Hey, just read your message. Glad to see someone else in this group from Olney. Have you found this town as boring as I have yet? It's nice enough, but doesn't seem to have much potential for the goth and pagan scene. I checked out Midnight at the Meeting Place last Saturday. Decent goth/industrial
tunes and conveniently located near the Farragut North Metro station. -
