Critters for a Cause has been asked to help out at the Kindertime Toy Drive Block Party on Saturday, December 17th from 10 - 2 pm to entertain and interact with families and children during the block party event.
If you have visited a local Wal-Mart store or other toy drop off location recently recently, you may have noticed the Kindertime toy donations boxes located inside of the store. The Kindertime Toy Drive was started in 1998 by ABC2 Journalist Pete O'Neal and is now in its 13th year!
In addition to the Critters, the block party will also have lots of first response vehicles, police cars, and other cool things to see. The event is open to the public starting at 10 am and will be held at the Fire Museum of Maryland!
If you are available on the 17th, please consider helping out at this event. If you are able to, please considering bringing an unwrapped toy to donate to the toy drive. Toys collected during this event will be distributed to children and families for the holidays!
Thanks!
I'll be bringing a load of new toys that we (CFAC) can donate at the event.
