Critters for a Cause will once again host a Rest Stop for the National Capital Challenge Walk on September 25th & 26th!
The D.C Chapter of the National MS Society is once again hosting the National Capital Challenge Walk to raise funds to end multiple sclerosis (MS), increase public awareness of the disease, and promote health and fitness. Each walker commits to a fund-raising minimum before making a life-changing journey of 50 kilometers over 2 days. The Capital Challenge Walk MS is expected to host several hundred walkers and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local chapter programs and services, as well as national research initiatives.

2010 Capital Challenge Walk Schedule
I am just wondering how are people getting to the event? Is there a place to park or anything close to the meetup location or should I plan on taking metro? Anyone interested in carpooling? (I am on the east side of town). I just don't get into DC all that much and would assume it would be rather busy that day. ^^
The volunteer manual and walk schedule has been posted, please review them at your earliest convenience. Additionally, the location has been finalized. See the event page for more information.
