Tom Hawkins Jr.I arrived at 15th SW & Independence Ave finish line at 0925 & waited until after 1000am, not sighting the Group or Vehicle. I then moved up to 14th (1 block) to see the Army 10 mile run, while watching for our group - I could still see the intersection of 15th & Indep. The run at 15th and Independence had terminated by 1030 am & cones removed. Unless I had the wrong spot, don't know who showed & where.???
